Payoneer alternatives

Hi there,
So couple of days ago Payoneer froze my USD receiving account, I only use Payoneer to receive payments from my employer, but for some reason they didn't accept my work contract as a proof (most likely because the company uses wise for payments instead of using a bank account in their name).
What other options do I have to open a receiving account in USD or EUR?
Worth noting, I reside in Turkey.

Unfortunately most‌ of them don't seem to work in Turkey

Looks like getting an LLC would be the best option, but⁣ this will probably take a long time and also have to convince my employer to⁢ change the contract 😵

I already have a Turkish bank account, but my employer doesn't want to send‍ to it directly to avoid transfer fees

Setting up a LLC takes only a⁢ few days at the slowest agent you find.

Interesting, but wouldn't it take a lot more to get‍ an ITIN and an EIN?
Also, I still have to convince my employer to change⁠ the contract to be B2B...
