payment processing for writing website.

Hi! Please, I need help.
I'm setting up a website for writing service"sample writing". The‌ parent company is registered in hong kong. When i apply to some processors, they say‍ "essay/thesis writing is prohibited" However based on my research these companies are processing payment for⁠ other essay/thesis writing websites. Please, can someone help me out on how to manoeuvre this⁤ procedure?
