Payment Gateways which don't care about P**N dmca?

I'm looking for a high risk credit card payment gateway which accept selling professional adult movies/scenes and don't care about dmca.
Because some P**N companies may send dmca takedown requests bcz of copyrighted content. The payment gateway must protect for these kind of dmca issues.
It should also send payouts via btc and accepts major credit cards. Plus it should be anonymously keep our billing/merchant data and it must be able to move rebill data to new gateway if there is any bankrupt happens to them.

To start accepting crypto payments you don't have to program a‍ smart contract at all... And the OP is talking about card payments so why are⁠ you talking about crypto?

90% of customers are normal people who don't care or understand⁤ crypto at all. They just want to buy what they want to buy and if⁣ you don't have either Paypal or Card payments on your site then you are just⁢ wasting your time.
