I remitted 1500 euros to my vendor's paydo account. Now Paydo is saying it did not receive money. I have my bank swift copy showing payment was completed. what are my legal options? thanks

Legal options? If going through normal complaints channels don't work, seek guidance from the regulator.‌ Alternatively, you can file a police report and/or try to sue them.

Did you send‍ the EUR via SWIFT or SEPA? If you sent it via SWIFT, are you sure the recipient account is connected to SWIFT?

Many EMIs don't have traditional SWIFT support and⁤ provide another BIC and/or another IBAN for SWIFT (if any at all). Wouldn't be the⁣ first time I see someone sending a SWIFT transfer to a SEPA only account. If⁢ that's the case, it'll take a few days (or few weeks) for the funds to︀ return, the speed of which depends almost entirely on your bank.

You can ask your︁ bank to do a SWIFT trace, which is different from just a transaction receipt. If︂ the trace shows that the funds arrived, you can ask the vendor to show it︃ to PayDo.

No much to do Bro, the amount is to small to get anyone to be‌ interesting taking your case.

Wouldn't a SWIFT trace resolve it?‍ PayDo has been around for a few years and I wouldn't think they would be trying to pocket a measly $1500.

Yes it would solve it. The bank can trace the transaction, problem solved.‍

It's so frustrating when people post about a problem but don't take the 5 minutes‌ to come back and update whether the issue was resolved or how they fixed it,‍ so others could benefit from it.

He just came here to put some bogus post and never come back to report‌ anything.

This is yet another one of those whining posts where someone didn’t get their‍ way and starts crying on a forum because things didn’t go as they wanted. He probably got his money back shortly after.
