Pay IRD Hong Kong with FPS qr code

Hi, im looking for a way to pay remotly the IRD hong kong by FPS and via qr code without :

- A local bank account
- A thrid party bank account

Wallet like wechat / alipay HK required HKID so i cannot use them, and EMI look to not support FPS by qr code any idea ?

afaik not possible, you need either a bank account or the hkid⁣ to get fintech access and can pay eg. thru these you mentioned and thru octopus.⁢

You can pay by cash in person at any post office or convenience store in‌ Hong Kong.

By the way, they don't ask for ID when you pay in person in Post‌ office. So theoretically you could find someone in HK to pay for you.

They don't care who pays at all. You can send us money here and we‌ pay for you.

You can ask your local company service provider in Hong Kong to pay by FPS‌ QrCode. Usually, CSPs in Hong Kong will charge an additional HKD200(about USD25)
Or your accountant‍ in Hong Kong will also be possible.
