Be very careful, lots of scams. It's very easy to sell people "you will see great ROI in 5-6 years when the trees finally grow and be harvested" and then disappear. I know a few people personally that fell for similar "investments"

Bah, the real returns in the sector are such that I don't see how you can possibly share them with random investors. Plus, you really don't need outside capital for running this business, as one can start with just 10 acres and self finance expansion.

exactly, reminds me my attempt years ago to open a discussion about stamps as a (transportable) store of value (with high density) on the philatelic forum... most real user there never even thought about this (they don't have this kind of problem) but I got about 10 offers in first five minutes to make an investment of my life 😀

btw I still think stamps are not a bad idea in certain cases.... sorry for off-topic
