Palau ID for crypto & emi

Hi, curious on updates on Palau's ID as last year it got my attention.

Is there any crypto exchange I can still open with that?
I saw before you could open Kucoin or HTX, though those exchanges already look good for crs even i give them my real id

how about emis? still nothing?

You can open a non-crs JDB bank account through UltimoPay by using your Palau ID.‌ Very limited features though.

Not really, they have a moneygram option but it absolutely sucks.

I personally only use ultimopay for atm withdrawals. Otherwise that card is useless and never works‌ anywhere.

Have you asked to have your transaction limits‍ removed? My card works everywhere except gas stations (anything with pre-approval won't work with Ultimo).⁠

Yes i have.
They still dont work at gas stations for some reason even when‌ paying after filling.
they still dont work anywhere online, not even amazon.

I got tired‍ of the back and fourth with support and decided to no longer use them except⁠ for ATMs. Saved me from a lot of shameful declines at POS in front of⁤ friends/family.
