Has Anyone Here Used OpenPayd? Experience, Support Quality, and Overall Impressions?

I’ve recently come across OpenPayd and I’m curious to hear from anyone who has actually worked with them or gone through their onboarding process. They market themselves as a global payments and banking as a service provider, offering multi-currency accounts, payment processing, API integrations, and various compliance tools for businesses in different sectors.

What I’m particularly interested in is real world feedback from people who have used OpenPayd as their payment provider or banking platform. How smooth was the account opening and onboarding process? Did they require extensive KYC and AML documentation, and if so, how long did the verification take? How does their platform perform in terms of reliability, transaction speed, and integration with your systems? If you’ve had to contact their customer support, how responsive and helpful were they? Do their fees and rates feel competitive compared to other payment or banking as a service providers?

I’m also wondering if OpenPayd is more suitable for certain types of businesses, industries, or transaction volumes, or if they are flexible and willing to work with a broader range of use cases.

It would be great to hear both positive and negative experiences so others researching OpenPayd can get a clearer picture of what to expect. If you’ve tried their services, please share your impressions from initial setup to day to day operations and any support interactions you’ve had.

Looking forward to hearing your feedback.

Considering open an account with them as well, just contacted them for the fees.

You need to have a license to apply, they dont offer direct banking just infrastructure.‌ with that being said I have used them through one of the EMIs , They‍ are good depending what EMI is operating the infrastructure

they are good.
onboarding long and tedious, and they will do KYC review every 12-18‌ months, but platform works very well

Hi! Speaking from the EU VASP, they’re good enough. Compliance might be a bit tricky‌ at the start if you go for a C2B, and they might even invite you‍ for a demonstration call, but mostly they don’t care. Even if you have like 35% recalls per month, you’ll just have a quick chat with them about a remediation plan,⁤ and if you keep it as low as 2.99% it’ll be fine. Worked with them⁣ on several projects, and in the worst-case scenario (if you have a lot of fraud⁢ recalls from customers) they’ll give you about a month to process and will only close︀ the account after that. The onboarding was like 3-4 weeks.

Crypto exchange. Rates are about average for the industry,‍ but the monthly fee can be a bit pricey. Anyway, it all depends on what you’re looking for, in my case, vIBANs are worth it.
