Offshore Virtual Mailbox

I am new to this forum, so hello to everyone!
I would urgently need the cheapest virtual mailbox, so one where I can receive my mail as Pdf files.
I am willing to do every KYC check, or things like that.
I prefer in one of these places: Switzerland, Cayman Islands, Panama, Iceland, Seychelles, Nevis, or any other offshore/tax heaven.
I would appreciate so much your opinions and responses to this thread!

Thank you for the reply. The only services I could be interested in are Private Box and Panamail, but in order they cost 12 USD p/m and 300 p/a. Is there not an alternative cheaper service?

I don't think you can , it's against regulation .
These are the requirements :
There are rules and regulations in United Arab Emirates outlining the requirements to open a mailbox. You must provide the following before you can begin receiving mail.

• Personal Mailbox
  • Two types of photo IDs
    
• Corporate Mailbox
  • Two types of photo IDs
    
  • Business registration certification details

Yes, it seems that despite the persistent creativity in criminal activities in the UAE, it’s not possible to get a purely PO box address there that can forward to other countries/addresses. This completely surprises me.
