Offshore Pro / International Wealth scam

Really ? Yes, it actually looks that way. Do you happen to have more information on‌ the scam itself or if some
action is being set up?

Omnipay Asia seems to be, to some extent, involved in this scam. Has anybody heard‌ any recent (disquieting in particular) news
as regards that Company ?

Does not have a good reputation in the Philippines, i am into this too, i‌ have got some money stuck in that card account and they do not release it‍ already more than 6 months. I think best would be to reach out to Bangko sentral to file a complaint (the financial authority in the Philippines) but most probably there⁤ will be no results since money was handed to a third party that loaded it⁣ into the card. Only the Omnipay card KYC is in my name. I am sure⁢ Omnipay is part of the scam.
Just PM me anyone into this nightmare and i︀ will share knowledge.

Hi Giorgiogori,
Yes, you must be right. I went to Banco Sentral and filed a‌ complaint. At first, they said that Omnipay had two weeks to respond. Two weeks passed.‍ Obviously, Banco Sentral does not terrorize Omnipay too much. Then, I went back to the said "Banco" saying basically: "So, Omnipay doesn't care to respond. What are you going to⁤ do now ? You are the Regulation authority" Their (BS) response was : "Go and⁣ see BOB" (their bot supposed to handle customer's problems. So here we are. If I⁢ were you, I'd try, anyway, you could be luckier than I was and, besides, getting︀ another complaint may make BS eventually wake up, who knows.
And yes, Omnipay must be︁ a part of the scam. It's as clear as day - they have our funds︂ and they issued our cards which they aren't willing to put together. What are we︃ supposed to do with the cards they issued for us under their own name?

Will do file a complaint at Bangko but i have not much hope in their‌ help. This seems to be well organized and i think they are scamming a lot‍ of people.
I am also considering to hire a lawyer that works on the Philippines, i dont have a lot stuck in there but it is really upsetting that they⁤ are
stealing money from people. This was confirmed by a friend from Manila, Omnipay has⁣ a bad reputation there.
This friend told me he could try to find somebody that⁢ has a working card and try to transfer the money. But i suspect they have︀ blocked the account.
So if i can find a lawyer accepting a formula as "act︁ and you get 30% of what you recuperate" i will try. If you are interested︂ lets try to find a way to act together.

I dont think offshore-pro / international wealth are active part of this fraud, they could‌ just have sold a service that ended up in troubles or that turned into a‍ scam.
It would be easy for them just to find out what is going on and help their clients to be aware of the situation.
The fact they do nothing⁤ is not nice and makes me doubt about their integrity.

Look, they all are a part of the scam. I don't know how things happened‌ to you. Just compare with my case and see if there's a sort of match.‍
* To begin with, once they (Offshore Protection/International wealth) got paid, they sent me the card (the first one, a UP) but warned that it could not be used for⁤ online purchase, so the card was much less useful.
* It worked with almost all⁣ ATMs but some POS did not accept it. OK so far.
* After a month⁢ or so it stopped working (ATM & POS)
* After a while I, inquired and︀ got a message that there was a security issue that would be resolved soon.
* And it was resolved. The card was working again and I topped it accordingly (not︁ a good idea, indeed!)
* Very short time afterwards, the same problem occurred. I wasn't︂ very much worried, though.
* Two months passed. Same situation.
* They all started lying︃ to me with some small variations on the theme "technical problem, waiting for update"
* Eventually the truth started to show up when the guy at OP/IW said that there︄ was a "temporary solution" consisting in replacing the UP card by a Discover card.
* I got the Discover card but not the PIN. After many messages, they sent me︅ an email with a copy-paste of some "document" where there was a "PIN"
* The︆ best is yet to come: I had a card and a presumably correct PIN but︇ none of them was connected to my account. How can that be ? That was︈ 6 months ago.
* They all started a new set of ping-pong party, each one︉ "expecting an update" from the other one and when I tried to ask for more︊ details, they just stopped to respond.
As my funds have been stuck at Omnipay Inc.︋ since May 2024 I'm thinking of some legal action, starting with a BS complaint. Maybe︌ a lawyer as a second step, for the
sake of hopefully just taking my money︍ from Peter to pay Paul....

Same story indeed, but i have been talking with this Emyral systems that acted as‌ "corporate issuer". Thev were loading my money into the account, i was transferring to them.‍ Offshore-pro / international wealth has only sold the card to me and once i asked them what was wrong with the card blocked they just told me they only new⁤ that "they were having issues servicing union pay cards". They were still selling a diners/discovery⁣ card though.

I really dont care about who is involved and as far. I know⁢ Omnipay ultimately got the money and i am ready to go after them and emyral︀ systems, this would be enough for the net to fully emerge.

Did you talk to︁ emyral systems as well? The owner seems to be a senior manager at omnipay. I︂ found his contacts.

Lets get in touch, maybe we can try to find a way︃ out together, it would put more pressure probably.

OK. I'll be back with more info to make things clear. For the time being‌ I can confirm that Emyral Systems is also a part of the scam.
They appear‍ as a go-between but, I guess, you'll find the same folks at the top. As a matter of fact, in the very beginning of my dispute
with Omnipay Inc. they⁤ put forward the fact that they had a B to B agreement with Emyral Systems,⁣ trying to convince me that for that
reason they could not act directly and proceed⁢ to enroll my second card. However, that was the only reference to Emyral Systems. Omnipay︀
did not further refer to Emyral Systems in our mail exchange. In fact the guy︁ at International Wealth directed me for payment to Emyral
Systems. They are all in the︂ scam.
