Offshore IBC, do I need to pay tax?

Need help! Do I need to pay tax if I setup a offshore IBC?


The thing is that I need to get started with a new business, I understand that it is considered high risk biz. so now my question is if I set up a offshore company as IBC will I have to pay TAX and which country allow to setup an IBC?

You should learn some more.

An IBC is not paying taxes at all, if you‌ are going offshore you should have your company regsitered as an IBC.
