Offshore Company Formation in Delaware, is it really anonymous?

Wondering if it really is possible to have a Delaware operation anonymous or if it is just a fake. While I can't imagine that the US authorities and Gorvernment will accept this then maybe I missed something?

No it is not, if any authority likes the FBI, Homeland Security or whatever is‌ requesting the information of the beneficial owner of the Delaware operation, they will get it‍ within seconds. Don't rely on any Agency which will tell you the opposite
