Offshore Company declined from almost all Payment Service Providers

I need a payment service provider offering Paysafecard for in E.U. based online customers.
However, I was not able to find one. All I contacted declined me because of the company offshore location (Seychelles.)

Does anyone know a Payment service provider offering Paysafecard as payment method, where you can join with a Seychelles company?

I'm willing to pay ~15% - 18% fees. Besides my business is NOT high risk.

I don't know a payment provider , but let me explain how I accepted Paysafecards‌ some years ago.
I created a simple webform where the customer could type in his/her‍ code. Then I took the code and cashed it in into an online casino.
Then I played a little bit and cashed it out 30 minutes later to my offshore⁠ bank account.
Simple and effective.

But this would not work out if you do it every month, with higher transaction‌ value.
Imagine having ~200 Paysafecards per month, the casino would never support that and figure‍ out, you are just using it to cash out.

I used about 5-8 Casinos and I had about 100-150 Paysafecard transactions per month. Sure‌ it is not a perfect solution but a good temporary one.

in the mentor group you can find some solutions, you can also form a uk‌ company to act like a payment agent for the IBC
