I would suggest Belize, BVI, Cyprus or Seychelles. I'm sure that the good folks at CClogic can help you with your needs. I know of two pretty good banks in Belize that wouldn't take long to get you sorted out. I must ask, what is a Church if it is not a religious building?

The statutory US has already agreed for matters of legal relation: A church is a body of 'christians' united under one form of government (God's government) for the propagation of His doctrines.
The Word of God has established a Church is no building built by mans hands. That church is "fellowship".
This is why 501c3 churches are not allowed to preach against sodomy, abortion, etc. They have incorporated in the State and rejected their incorporation in the Messiah
