NOWPayments anyone know them and if they are reliable?

I was wondering if anyone knows this crypto payment processor and if they are reliable and work like any other payment gateway, people can pay directly on the website without me to interact first?

Checked with their live chat which is at least responsive.

However, they have some indies in the supprot there that don't belong to the company nor do they know anything about how the company works. If you ask them something it takes aprox. 5 - 8 minutes for each answer and what you get is a huge message which I believe they have to find first on the website or in some F.A.Q - they are unable to answer just the simplest questions!

I'm out for now, I can only imagine how it would go if there is a technical problem or even problems with payments!

It's unbelievable how some operations thing they can run a business like that!

I have took part in some ICO's that involved their services. But never︀ looked into them or used them directly.

It looks like they offer fiat payments credited to account in crypto, which would answer‌ a lot of my problems.
is enabling that option complicated? "fiat on ramp"

I have been using them‌ for a quite a while and fully agree with you on this one - I‍ haven't had issues with the service but when I've tried to reach out it's pretty⁠ much hopeless.

I came across cryptomus.com a few weeks ago and although they work out⁤ more expensive, their support seems better and I'm also liking the design of the checkout⁣ page better than nowpayments. You should check them out if you're looking for an alternative⁢ or if you want to split your flow.

It’s hard to get approved by Cryptomus, they require a ton of documents!
