Nominee service?

Is there any service where you are provided nominee names that have bank accounts opened so you can use this information for local processing services such as paypal, stripe, braintree etc

After paying for such a service, then the account would not be accessible to the nominee to withdraw your funds from online processing.

Does anyone know of a service that offers something like this?

Well, the nominees will take a lot of risk and for that reason I don't‌ believe there is any valid agent that will take it. You are black listed or‍ something?
