Well it was fun to read the post.
Because I have already stared a business‌ LLC company here in new mexico.
Anyways thanks for sharing the information. keep posting.

What about banks though? Won't it be a lot more difficult to get an account‌ for an anonymous LLC?

And secondly, about the asset protection. F.e. the Wyoming asset protection‍ doesn't work when you are a foreigner. How is this with a NM LLC?

As soon as you want to open a bank account, whether it be with Wize,‌ Zen, Airwallex, or Mercury, etc., all your personal information comes out and can easily be‍ linked to your so-called anonymous New Mexico LLC! The only way to avoid this is by using a crypto wallet as long as possible.

I will put a part in crypto, although I don't like too much how unstable crypto⁤ is... I wish it would be around for 100 years.

Yes that is true, if it is just the public you‍ are worried about and not the tax office, you are all fine doing so.

Is it still one of the best from the three - Wyoming, Delaware and New‌ Mexico ? or is it more or less same same?

It's hard to say which state is the best, but after reading through hundreds of‌ posts here on OCT, it seems like an NM (New Mexico) company offers the best‍ privacy.

There is a good summary here:
https://wyomingllcattorney.com/Form-a-Wyoming-LLC/vs-Nevada-Delaware-New-Mexico
Generally, Wyoming is a good choice. If you‌ want privacy, New Mexico and for corporations, Delaware.

Wyoming has good asset protextion and is‍ often chosen because Wyoming has no corporate taxes. Nevada is their competitor.

New Mexico is best for a bit more anonymity and lower carrying cost but does not have friendly⁤ trust laws.

Delaware has extensive case law and is thus chosen for companies you later⁣ want to sell (mainly intransparent ones) as investors prefer having clear case law as it⁢ eliminates the need for lenghty court disputes as you can settle things mutually given previous︀ decisions. It is only interesting for corporations, not for single-member LLCs.

Is it equally easy to open an EMI or bank account for all three jurisdictions,‌ Wyoming, Delaware, and New Mexico? And what options are there besides Mercury?

If you drop by here again, feel free to share why it doesn’t work for foreigners, would be good to understand.
