Hi I need offshore bank account asap for new business venture, can you let me know what is required to open the bank account offshore, should I travel to the bank or can I do it online?

To start you could please elaborate on where you want the offshore bank account ot‌ be, which offshore jurisdiction?

With some banks it is possible to open the account online‍ ie Barclays or BMI in the Seychelles while with banks for instant in Hong Kong⁠ you will need to visit the bank personally.
