Need bank account to deposit $USD checks

For a client, I need a bank account (anywhere) that can accept $USD check deposits.
Or an institution (MSB, EMI) that can change/cash the $USD check on behalf of the client. This is a monthly operation, approx 400 checks and total volume of $1M. All KYC and docs are in order.

There are 1 bank in UAE, who⁣ can accept a US cheque - Normal processing time 3-4 week to clear the cheque⁢

Interbank in Peru can do it too.

Many banks will do it. But for 1M per month, it makes sense to⁢ process in the US directly due to the costs involved.
