My bitsafe account just got "locked" - "Transactions not allowed"

As mentioned‌ at least a week maybe sooner. Your request will be in a queue and there‍ will be other customers ahead of you in the queue.
 
Ok it‌ does not sound good.

Correct me if I am wrong but has it only been‍ around 5 working days since you mailed them?

Maybe:

1. Send them a follow up⁠ email
2. Read their terms and condition in regards to any mention of support response⁤ times.
3. Escalate using their complaints procedure

Failing all this then go to step 4⁣ below

I’d suggest giving them a call to find out what’s going on and ask to‌ speak with someone who can assist you directly.
 
You will get a reply from YourSafe within 2-3 weeks of your account being frozen.‌ The reply will ask for additional documents and explanations regards incoming transactions on your account.‍

Once you send these it will take another 2 weeks or so for your answers⁠ to be reviewed. Then, as long as your use of the account is within their⁤ T&C and you have provided documents to show that is the case, the account will⁣ be unfrozen.

There is no way to speed up the procedure unfortunately, as is the⁢ case with just about every bank or EMI.
 
They blocked my account now and asked for a bank to transfer my money to.‌
I did that with documents also.
How long will take it now before they send‍ my money to my other bank?
