Moneybookers and offshore bank account

NEed to use moneybookers for accept payments on website and are investigating to setup offshore company and bank account also offshore.... is it possible to have the offshore bank account in my moneybookers account and have moneybookers to transfer the money to the offshore account?

Where is the country you incorporate - Offshore banking is a broad terminology‌ to my mind!

I decided to incorporate in both the Seychelles and Cyprus, got a very clever company‌ setup for my offshore company planning...

I have already send a support ticket to moneybookers‍ in regards if they have any problems with the offshore jurisdictions in question.
