I have read their FAQ but I cant find anything covering if it is possible to do a chargeback or dispute with Moneybookers?

Does anybody know how the fee for chargeback protection is‌ charged?

From each payment 7.9%?

As I read it it, you will pay it for each payment done, this is‌ at least how the others which offer chargeback protection do it.
