Losing tax residency from aggresive country

How would Estonia grant me a long stay permit? Its required to rent︀ and establish personal tax residence, the digital nomad visa requires a foreign corp and the︁ startup visa looks like doesn't apply to my case. Or can you get the personal︂ tax residence card by having an estonian company? Would that card be enough to cover︃ with Mexico?
I see that they require a livable residence but wouldn't I have to︄ be there 183 days? Or is there a way to get it in like 3︅ months, send proof to Mexico and then move to Cyprus.

Can I incorporate in Cyprus,︆ open a business bank account, move to Estonia and then receive salary/dividends or would they︇ screw me?

I asked you twice for a reliable source. The⁣ only thing you can come up with are guys who make a living from rich⁢ people who are moving abroad. If that's the best you can do, we all know︀ there are no serious EU plans. Thank you.

Wait, you mean you stay taxable in Mexico for 5⁣ years even after you’ve moved and officially deregistered as a resident there? They must be⁢ pretty desperate to hold on to their citizens.

What does Mexico explicitly need from you to not consider︂ you a tax resident?
Residency... doable in PY
Tax Certificate ... doable in PY (DTT︃ with Mex not available)

Yes, as per:

https://taxsummaries.pwc.com/mexico/individual/residence

"A Mexican citizen who moves to a country that is considered a tax haven by Mexico will remain⁤ a tax resident of Mexico for the year in which the change of tax residency⁣ suspension notice is filed and the following five years, unless Mexico has in effect an⁢ information exchange agreement with the country or a tax treaty with an information exchange clause︀ or an international treaty that enables mutual administrative assistance in the notification and collection of︁ contributions."

Visa costs like 100 euros.
You need to first figure out how to obtain a residence permit. If you⁢ have a foreign corp or are employed at one then you have more options like︀ digital nomad visa.
Yes, you can get in one︅ day if you obtain residence permit.
Legally you can do it, but not sure what you mean exactly.︈

Try get some professional‌ advice to avoid issues

I finally found the requirements for the residence permit in Estonia, its in the police‌ site wtf?? why dont they put it with the nomad visa and the e-residency page??‍
So they require six times the subsistence level currently about 2100 and put 65k in the company bank account to get issued a residence permit for a shareholder and it can take up to 2 months.
And you need said residence permit if⁤ you are non-EEA and want to rent to establish personal tax residence, the place has⁣ to be liveable (not empty).

NL? Don't. Lots of people are currently leaving the NL or getting a backup already.‌ Including me.
