It looks like try of money laundering.
This is the same like the situation when you advertise direcrly that you are looking for US bank account owners who are willing to launder a money for some %.

Extremely probably, it is. (I am not completely sure what is the background.) Yet it is definitely against the Zelle Network User Service Agreement.
As such, thread closed for further replies.
