- An entrepreneur who already operates a legally registered company in Spain (active CIF/VAT).
- Willingness to request and manage a Redsys merchant account on behalf of our shop.
Collaboration terms
- Revenue-share model: a percentage of all sales processed via Redsys (to be agreed together).
- B2B partnership: cooperation between your company and mine, formalised with a written contract (NDA and partnership agreement if required).
- Costs: I will cover all initial administrative expenses; you would handle local banking relations.
