Looking for a Payment processor not requiring SSN/ITIN

This is what I have:

1. US based company legally registered with an EIN number.
2. US bank account for that company.

This is what I DON'T have:

1. An SSN/ITIN number because...
2. ...I'm NOT an US resident/citizen

I need a reliable payment processor for:

1. High risk e-commerce (forex)
2. Not requiring SSN/ITIN number
3. Preferibly them dealing with that European VAT s**t themselves, not me.

Do you know if you required to hold a valid license for your business? If‌ so, it will be almost impossible to find any reliable payment processor only trash is‍ left in most cases.

I tried with Paypal and they didn't. However, the required the SSN/ITIN number to be‌ provided.
