hi, I want to load paypal wallet from India/Nepal. please suggest me a way to‌ do it..

alternatively attach a mobile payment method to‌ fund the paypal acct.

hello, paypal doesn't allow banks of India/Nepal to be linked..
is there any⁠ other idea?

setup a paypal acct, with jurisdiction outside of india,allowing and‍ enabling incoming and outgoing payments...all logs and access with all certainty provided.
