Lawyer in Dominica (commonwealth of)

Please suggest a lawyer in Dominica. A local one used to go to court, not‌ a random CSP.
I have already been scammed by Wayne Norde, supposedly a well known‍ local lawyer, who took the retainer and disappeared. So I’m not asking much, just someone⁠ with a basic level of integrity and not completely retarded.

these cases tend‍ to end up in two ways... given "service provider" either calculates that a couple of⁠ bucks isn't worth the damage on his name as it impacts future business or he⁤ is stubborn enough and the complainer is doxxed (I guess not your concern anyways)
