Unfortunately, I'm right. This might eventually get their‍ EMI/VASP license revoked.

You don't understand how tough laws are with crypto. MiCA regulations, FATF⁠ regulations, etc..

This will also increase the competition with other VASPs who will start making⁤ reports to the FCA and license issuers.
