Is it possible to detect fake flash BTC ?

I got offers from private sellers offering BTC and I know that there are also‌ fake BTC(flash coins) in the market.
How can I be sure that the seller is‍ not going to send me such fake,flash BTC instead of real ones ...?
Anybody here⁠ having experience with that issue?

One can fork btc at any time if he wants. Maybe you are‌ referring to some useless or dead fork?
Just check the address on the blockchain, there‍ is not such a thing as a fake btc.

Just want confirmation that this is not possible because I heard about people‍ who lost BTC without explanation

I think we have seen enough. It is a SCAM, anyone using this service has‌ asked for losing his money.
