Guys this reminds me of a recent MLM/pyramid scheme that came crashing down in the‌ Balkans just a few months ago, it was again about high monthly yield investment in‍ China, but this time for those Mobile Phone Powerbank rental spots. Proceed with caution. It⁠ was called BETL

Edit: I am not saying OP is a scammer. Based on his⁤ history most likely he was just misguided by those people in China. It makes no⁣ sense why they would not just take a government or private bank loan, but instead⁢ choose to pay 45-50% annually interest to random people online.

For record, this guy sells cards from︀ HK with the same "PM and I give you all the details". I did, he︁ sent me details of unrelated company. I asked to prove some claims in the ad︂ topic like "30 years of experience", he could not. He was pretending to be a︃ representative of a company to which he is not related. Apparently he is doing the︄ same again, but now to collect $10k+

Admins, how is it even allowed here? Like,︅ 5% per month doesn't happen, we all know that. It's a ponzi scheme at best,︆ but most likely just a scam. Why is it allowed?

1) Chinese companies do not always have⁤ a professional english PR team.
2) Chinese companies sometimes have different english terms and it⁣ doesnt mean the name of the domain is the name of the company.

i haven't seen the contracts, but from what i understand⁠ you aren't being offered a bond, you are a partner in n parking spots, you⁤ could foresee a million potential risks that if a loan was used the forced repayments⁣ could cause an issue. i don't think its absurd. (no/low sun for a month, reduced⁢ solar efficiency over time causing more down time than expected, weather event breaking them, just︀ plain old bad placement.. etc)

Exactly, it is a co-development contract where you basically buy⁢ the machines and the company installs and manages them.
There is an article in the︀ contract "Force Majeure" that indeed says that if any natural disasters or similar happen both︁ parties should not be deemed in breach.
Also banks already invested and loaned maximum amounts.︂

They invested into this⁠ approx. 1 year ago and now bought a very large allocation and became partners. They⁤ proposed me to help them and here I am, i will also join them in⁣ the next trip

If I'm not familiar how business work, can you enlighten everybody here︇ which entity has that track record? Is it unitrust (company registered in 2019), cardplus.cc (not︈ even name of company) or banking partner (also from 2019). Or was you just lying︉ about your credentials? My problem is you pretending to be a partner of somebody trustworthy︊ while this "somebody" is not that trustworthy and you refuse to prove you are a︋ partner. Along with "send me $10k in crypto" it does look like scam. I don't︌ want scammers here - it's quite a nice forum and I enjoy it.

First of all, each parking spot generates different revenue because it‍ is not possible that every car park in the same spot for the same number⁠ of hours everyday. Hence the revenue report that is generated is based on a specific⁤ area in a city which will house X number of parking spots. These data are⁣ being shared with the local government and also the main party which is leading the⁢ co-development. If you are interested to view this data, please pre-arrange a session with the︀ team to have a walkthrough.

Also please keep in mind that the profits split you︁ get are just an average of the whole city. Lets say City X is composed︂ by 1000 parkings, in which A owns 250 B owns 250 and C owns 500,︃
If you are A you profit split will be 1000/250
So your profit is not︄ your machines specifically but an average of the whole city based on your contribution %︅

Yes. Each parking spot that has been allocated are authorised︇ by the local government with an unique number so that in the system that the︈ parking company build with them, they are able to identify exactly which car is parking︉ at which spot at which time.

All these questions could be answered through a visit︊ to one of the sites or the parking company itself in Shenzhen.
