Interestingly, I actually had the opposite experience.
When I had an active Revolut Business, they were calling me twice a week at least, just asking how I am doing, how the business is, if I want discounts on higher plans, how my transactions are proceeding (if any compliance occurred) so much stuff.
I actually closed the account due to this. I was even telling them I do not want to talk to you at all (I am here to bank not to make 'friends'), but they simply did not care
