Idea for sticky?

Since residency, visa, and tax law are always changing and hard to keep track of would it possible to create a sticky thread of a master list of countries that is updated on a ongoing basis?

Ie country A) - residency requirements, time frame, cost, etc.
- Taxes, territorial, %,
- etc, etc

Country B) -

Might be a nice way to narrow down things quickly.
