HSBC US Bank Account for non resident possible?

Is it possible to open a US Bank accoutn with HSBC? I'm not a US citizens but think HSBC is the most safe to bank with, please help if you can.

Thats not possible unless you visit the bank or a branch, please check the application‌ widevpn - 12 months vpn account membership
