How & Why the EU Can Confiscate Your Wealth If You Can’t Explain It

strange there‍ was a thread last year about the world economic forum here

but it didn't get︃ much attention. Don't most people here don't care about it or do they think it︄ comes not that far?

This advice is really important if you want to avoid having your assets seized⁤ without any real justification. As I’m writing this, I’ve already spent over €25,000 on legal⁣ assistance just to set up a company structure that follows all the laws, including bookkeeping⁢ regulations. We don’t deduct a single thing in taxes unless we’ve checked, three times, that︀ it’s actually allowed.

Tax authorities across Europe seem to be on a mission: either wipe︁ out small and medium-sized businesses, or squeeze them so hard with taxes that they end︂ up working solely for the state!

Soon we will have same system in EU as︃ they have in China, no freedom of speech and the state owns it all!

When I read through the thread, including the original post, it feels completely surreal, like‌ something out of a Netflix movie, that this could actually be happening, or might happen‍ anytime soon. But with all the stories I’m seeing here from some of the most prominent users on OCT, I can see that we’re not as far from that reality⁤ as I thought.

and even after the triple check, your accountant is still not 100% sure you will⁤ not be fined for that after a few years...
also when the fine comes you're⁣ guilty not your accountant...
heck not even the tax officer knows what the law means.⁢ They'll take you to court just to be sure (and you'll be the only one︀ paying for it and not getting paid from it...)

get over it, many accountants in︁ EU are just undercover state employees... paid by the client, but working for the state...︂
I mean just read the DAC6.. you pay your accountant to optimize your taxation, but︃ he is forced by law to snitch on you if you try to escape their︄ system.
It's like fiat money... till you stay in their system you must pay.
Yeah you can try to optimize, but as a friend EU tax officer once told me:︅ once we get sent to inspect your business, we already know we will find something︆ wrong. Could be a small fine but you ultimately can't be sure there's 0% chance︇ you will get out of it clean.

it's already like that in many EU countries. you end︊ up spending more energies/time trying to be 100% compliant than working on your business.
Either that or you go full criminal and ignore every law/never appear in their system.
The middle way never pays long term cause once a small thing happens, you're forced to︋ hire lawyers, it quickly scale up.
If you aren't proactive with expenses/deductions and trust a︌ basic/monkey accountant, you barely keep 40% of what your business makes in a year...
(social security included as it's big scam too, usually you end up paying huge amounts for︍ people that never worked... and nobody will cover your pension check in future)

also don't︎ fall into the trap that "things will change with this new government"... these kind of️ things will not change quick enough.
They'll still raise minimum pensions for getting more votes,‌ they'll still hand out helicopter money, it's just a self sustaining scam.

It's better you‍ quit their system, cut all the ties, move to a small country with small government/employee number, limited power, limited laws, low compliance, that doesn't put the burden on you for⁤ every small thing...

I've known plenty of people in high tax/high bureaucracy EU countries, that⁣ once started they own business, after 3-5 years, they converted from commie/left wing to flying⁢ the anarcho-capitalist flag. It's either that or they end up bribing public officers...
it's all︀ fun and games until you try it. And when you want to escape it's too︁ late as they'll force the crazy exit-tax on you rof/%

I think the thread below, as well as the one in Mentor Group Gold with‌ additional information from the same user, illustrates very well what the intention behind the OP‍ thread is. The EU and perhaps the rest of the world may undergo a transformation in their wildest dreams scenario, where an individual doesn’t own anything but gets everything they⁤ need from the state and lives off the state.

Total power to the elites, welcome⁣ to a near future as a slave of the 1%.

is 1% already enough? would be akin to 80m︈ ppl. I have the impression its more like 0.01% or 0.001%...

I think most people can‍ relate to the 1% that everything refers to when talking about some of the richest people in the world. There's no need to start a discussion like the one you're⁤ bringing up.

Many -what was thought to‍ be- conspiracies are (becoming) the new reality.

2020 was a decisive blue pill / red pill moment in many ways. Everyone of us has to live with the consequences of⁤ the choice we then made. By now it’s confirmed and clear which choice was the⁣ right one.

The systemic extermination of life has however been going on from the beginning⁢ of modern humankind. In that sense it’s not new. It is however quite special to︀ live in these times. Especially for gen X and the millennials due to having the︁ experience of multiple large shifts.

Do you really think she meant it the way it’s written? And‍ why is it that everyone ignores the World Economic Forum and doesn’t react to it?

Yes to your first question.

My follow up question to your second one‍ would be; who is ignoring the WEF and doesnt react to it?

It's all about the size of your company and wealth. Multi Billion dollar busineseses have nothing‍ to fear!

When something isn’t discussed it doesn’t mean it won’t affect us.‍

Main reason for not discussing it, is that it’s strategic comments which are currently to abstract to act upon.

Trust me when I say that many, close to all, governments⁤ are aligned with the WEF. The tide however is slowly turning and I think that⁣ more governments will turn against the WEF but we have a long way to go.⁢

If you read some of the posts here on the forum and dig a little,‌ you can definitely get the sense that what's described in the article above is already‍ happening.
For example, take @ElisIT's thread about the behavior of the Danish Tax Authority, it’s 100% exactly what has happened: the Tax Authority is trying to seize his entire fortune⁤ as well as his close business relations. It’s just not done directly.

If you also⁣ read the recently posted thread about the new measures being introduced in Germany, there’s really⁢ no doubt about what the plan is.

yes things are moving in the wrong direction for all of us... 🙁
