Not very promising service level from their UAE entity. They send you a link to a Goodle Meet when you inquire with them - and then proceed not to attend either of the two calls.

They could have just got a decent corporate client, but we will now go elsewhere.

If my experience with Kingdom is anything to go by, avoid scheduling a Calendly call. I just waited for over 30 minutes for a call they sent an invite for and did not attend. Sending emails to their team email address asking them to attend did not bear fruit, despite my emails having been open and read while I was waiting to be let in the call.

If you accepted to pay their application fees, they don't need to talk to you. They just made $1,500.

Some people just seem to need to be negative all the time, complaining about anything and everything, they jump at the slightest opportunity.

Kingdom Bank is legitimate. They've been around on OCT for a long time, and I have no issue with them charging $1,500 if that’s what they do. If you don’t like it, then simply don’t use them. Find another bank, go with an EMI, or stick to crypto.

There’s no reason to come here and smear a company when you clearly have no direct experience with Kingdom Bank.

Yes, people smear them for no reason whatsoever, because they have absolutely nothing better to do. Of all the things that one could be doing, nothing is more important than really going for Kingdom. 🙄

I’m not saying it’s wrong to speak up if you’re dissatisfied, in fact, you should voice your concerns. But constantly complaining about every single service isn’t helpful.

If that’s the pattern, maybe it’s time to look inward and consider whether there’s something you could change to avoid ending up in these situations over and over again.

guys dont lose your time

Ive had to send money to both individuals and entiteis holding TKB accounts and they always get rejected by the bank/EMI Compliance department like ive had more luck with Caye International lol

Please reach out, @Wysywyg it appears there’s an issue that needs your attention, and you’ve been given an opportunity to address it.

If you are referring to my post, I have to tell you that I beg to disagree. I may not be aware of the way the Bank works as much as you are, but I'm just stating facts. Mind that I'm not criticizing the Bank as a whole. I may even agree with you that having
an account with the KB is worth $1,500 (in fact it costs more but never mind). I'm criticizing only one aspect: you lose a lot of money if you are rejected and that isn't clearly stated. It's everyone's responsibility on condition to be honestly informed.

Agreed. I don't get why some people don't mind spending 5 figures for a service without guarantee or at least some money back if unsuccessful. Rather buy a bunch of lottery tickets with that money.

As already outlined somewhere in this (and many other) topic(s), people who go for banking at TKB and likes usually meet one of the following criteria, or combination of them:

1) their business or personal financial activity is well beyond risk appetite of most other financial institutions;
2) their business place of registration or citizenship/residence is well beyond risk appetite of most other financial institutions;
3) their ownership/personal residence structure is full of complex entities/tax-free arrangements etc.
4) their minds are still thrilled by combination of three words - which are "offshore bank account" - in 2025.

We all know that beggars can't be choosers. Running offshore bank is extremely complex and costly nowadays, KYC/KYB queries alone cost quite a lot in many cases.

Just to clarify, is it possible to send crypto from your bank to an exchange, and also receive crypto back into your bank from an exchange?

Dear @MaltaNomad,

Thank you for your question!

Yes, it is possible to send crypto from your account at The Kingdom Bank to an exchange, and also receive crypto back into your account from an exchange. We support both directions, providing flexibility for users who operate within the digital asset space.
