How reliable is this type of Investment for Company owner and Investor?

It sounds to good to be true and I wonder how reliable such services are and what are the costs to get started? It's the first time I read about it, also I read it to be only valid for Swiss companies, can that be true?

I am trying to see the benefit of shareholder ownership via Tokenization. If you read some of the Tokenization and registration regulations i.e this one it sounds nothing more than a gimmick. You can swap the tokens back and forth but you still need to register yourself as a shareholder manually the old fashioned way to derive any shareholder benefit if I am not wrong.

I guess benefit to issuer is they can attract buyers with crypto and novelty factor. I don't think this is great use case here for DLT technology specifically 😕.
