Currently on call almost 24/7, which usually brings me the interesting stuff to look into. I love what I am doing, so for me the majority of the time spent on 'my job' does not feel like working that much. It is the overhead that feels like work.

Even though it's not needed since the majority of the work is being handled by my employees and co-workers, but there is that feeling that you get from interacting directly with your Customers Partners. The feeling of accomplishing what they desire, fixing their problems, hearing their thanks and Gratitude, nothing can satisfy me more than that. even though it's not always optimal, I, and by extension, my team, almost always try to do our best.

Self-development work, like going to the gym, getting better at languages, working on mental health issues, then many more hours.
Work in the traditional way, in the way I was prepared to do through school and college, as in exchanging time for money: maybe a couple of hours a month.
A lot of people, including my younger self, would think my current situation is great, but it's not, at least not yet. It's tough adjusting to this new way of living.
