I am determined to set up a Holding company structure for e-commerce.
Since I will need more than one operational company that will eventually be sold in a determined and opportune time and, following inspirations from brilliant people here on this forum, I thought the following setup:
For reasons of credibility and some privacy, to open a parent company in Wyoming and, from that company, to open operating companies in New Mexico under that same umbrella (for reasons of cost reduction).
Each company will have their respective bank accounts because they will operate independently.
The business will be 100% remotely operational in the United States and I am a citizen and resident in Portugal, therefore, a tax resident in the EU.
I would love to hear all the experts opinions about the setup above and which would be the best consulting company to materialize this.
