you choose the wrong company. it happens in business. Leave it and move on to the next one. When looking for such services you must calculate to waste some money before you find the proper service that works.
This is something we've seen many times before, a provider starts out by delivering everything as promised and builds a successful business. But after some time, it could be months or even years, delays start happening, and eventually they stop delivering altogether, though they’re still happy to take your money.

There are still some providers who offer nominee services, but the issue is that you won’t remain anonymous as the UBO, unlike the solution mentioned earlier in this thread.
So realistically, your only options are either to find a similar service, which is quite difficult due to the high number of scams, or to consider some of the methods discussed within the Mentor Group Gold section.

I honestly assume most people in this thread, and others asking about nominees, must have quite serious businesses and have already been turned down in most places.
AlexPC offers nominee services, so does MichaelUnique, and the three Cyprus-based lawyers as well. So I really don’t get why you all keep searching.
It’s also been mentioned in multiple threads that if you're desperate, you can go find a homeless guy, hand him 500 euros, and he’ll jump through hoops for you. If he complains, give him another 500 and he’ll do whatever he's told. Same goes for others in that category, how hard can it really be?
