Since Skype is shutting down soon, MS is pushing users to Teams. I am involved in the Google Workspace environment and unfortunately Google Voice only works for US or European companies.

I am looking for a simple and reliable solution. No subscription, just PAYG or small credit package will be enough. I tried Rebtel and it was very bad. Any recs?

Twilio & Co. are all inclusive solutions and highly scalable.

Zadarma is relatively simple. You can‌ just use their free account and then add any inbound phone number you need.

There may be more solutions. Do you actually need inbound numbers or you just want to‍ make outward calls?

We're trialling Teams Call. Its pretty good price that allows many users to share a‌ single outbound number. Inbound calls can be routed via a menu, which also stops a‍ lot of spam calls.

its very complex to setup, documentation is awful and SMS features take 6 weeks to get approved.

We've been using Rebtel, but as you said, the⁤ quality is low. Also tried OpenPhone which works well but not affordable for a team⁣ environment.

Thank you. I am into the Google Workspace ecosystem but I will try Microsoft 365 soon as a potential replacement. Google is nice and pretty straightforward but there are some automations and basic features (for calls for example like MS Teams or a CRM) that are missing. It's either is stay in the Google ecosystem and automate some third parties tools with Zapier or I go full in into the MS ecosystem. I am also reviewing Odoo and Zoho, but it might be overkill and add complexity that I do not need.

I value simplicity and consolidated data and hate using different third parties. This is why I was thinking of MS but it seems overly difficult to manage for a small business over Google.

All the time when I was using ordinary VOIP⁣ suppliers the quality was no good. If it is a big company standing behind, working⁢ and spending high amounts (Viber is a good example) generates better quality

Trello is very good, but myself moved to Teams‌ and Session - works well out so far.
