Goldman Moves France Chief Raby to Russia as Asset Sales Start

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. is moving French investment banking chief Jean Raby to Moscow to help oversee its Russian office as the country starts a new round of asset sales, said two people with direct knowledge of the transfer.
