Germany changed exit tax rules back from 2022

As always our beloved germany changed their exit tax rules backwords to 2022.Means if a german paid exit taxs for moving out of germany from 2022 he will be taxed again on the new exit tax laws which apply backwords from 01.01.2022

This is ANALogous to being in an abusive relationship and wanting a divorce but your‌ spouse has the unilateral "monopoly on violence" to change the rules and increase your EXIT‍ (read divorce) taxes to whatever they want and it will be upheld in a "court⁠ of law" by your spouse's "family members" and enforced down the barrel of a gun⁤ also by your spouse's family members! Even after you gain your divorce, your now ex-spouse⁣ STILL has the option of enacting an ex parte ex post facto law to clawback⁢ even more money 😳

Who would voluntarily enter such a "marriage"? 🙄
