Finding job contracts in Europe and north america

Yes they do, they pay the same money to cross the Mediterranean sea for illegal immigration. But they want a country in west Europe in Schengen area. The most important for them is to get a visa and travel to Europe legally, the job contract is just a document to immigrate
Then set up a truck driving school in Romania and how then as drivers. Once they pass, they can start driving in EU.
As far as I know, there are companies in Poland recruiting people from Ukraine etc. to train then for hire.
