Fast and stable Windows VPS needed?

I need a fast and stable Windows VPS but I need it to comply to the following requirements:

- 100% anonymous account signup
- payment by bitcoin
- no requirement to verify the account with passport and utility bill
- fast server with at least 40 GB space and 2 GB Ram / Memory
- Windows 2008 Rs or 2012 RS installed
- Remote access

Is there any company that can provide this, they also need to have no obligations to report any account details on request by any authority. I require something with strong privacy protection.

Have been using Hosting in Russia and the Netherlands: dedicated server hosting, offshore VPS, colocation | Hosting by HOSTKEY for 24 hours, they suck. lot's of verification and the IP was blocked for SPAM 😀

I'm looking for something similar so please post if you find something so I will do.

These guys accept BitCoin payment KVM VPS Hosting - RockHoster but they are located in the UK with option to get hosted in France so I don't know how secure I would consider them to be in matters of information exchange!

Looking at this company Virtual private servers they accept Bitcoins for payment and can host your windows VPS in Switzerland not Russia! I will have to check how Swiss is exchanging data with other governments first.
