This so-called Expat Insider 🙄 has been produced for (retired) US persons. Neither does it take‌ into account "taxes" nor "ease of doing business". The mentioned "business‍ culture" has not much to do with bureaucratic hurdels and taxation.
This survey could have⁠ also been published by a travel agency.
