Hi

We are thinking about creating a holding for our Europe operation that will buy a Czech company for local business. We were thinking of Estonia but we can’t find any reliable shelf company seller do anyone knows any?

Thanks everyone

Why do you need a ready made holding company ?

How can i register without having to go there ? Also the owner of the‌ holding in Estonia will be a company so I thought it was easier to pay‍ for it since I don’t speak the language etc , if you know how to do it easily I’d be happy to hear it thanks

You can find a local lawyer or company services providers, and then sign a POA⁣ to register company

top tier law firm in estonia(even magic circle baltic):

Ellex
Walless
Widen
NJORD

not cheap, but‌ very professional

If I were setting up a holding company,

I’d go with Cyprus, BVI, or Malta,‌ mainly for security reasons.

I don’t really trust too many other countries near Europe when‍ it comes to that stuff.

You’re totally right, Europe is not going to be good for true offshore structuring. They literally make their money off⁤ taxing people and international businesses, and the regulatory trend is only getting tighter.

If you⁣ want long-term stability and a jurisdiction that actually welcomes offshore business, stick with the traditional⁢ offshore hubs where you’re wanted, places like BVI, Cayman, or Belize. They’ve︀ built their economies around attracting and protecting international companies, not squeezing them.

how do you rate Switzerland, Montenegro and Bulgaria ? according to my reading on OCT I see them often mentioned⁤ as first class destinations for tax reduction setups?
