Ejari in Dubai

Hi There,
I recently moved to Dubai as my company was able to provide an Emirates work contract. I'm a digital nomad, and my contract allows me to work from anywhere.
I'm in the process of getting the Visa and Emirates ID. However, I should also comply with some requirements from my home country, which would provide proof of residence here in Dubai.
Do you know any way or anyone to get an Ejari, annual house contract here, so I can comply with this requirement?
Of course, I won't live in that place; I just need the document.
Any help would be very appreciated.

You can get Ejaris for office space and residential properties in Dubai without living there/leasing‌ it. I am not sure if I am allowed to post links here that will‍ lead you there?
