Ebay Offshore No Tax

I recently ventured in to Ebay doing around 11k a month. I'm planning to created a Offshore entity with ownership of the Ebay business account.

The issue is I'm selling physical products, any suggestions on the type of methods I could use to avoid paying tax as an LTD. (Based in the UK)

I am no expert but ebay has banned accounts for even less. Anything offshore and‌ ebay is a no go.

If you ship items physically from the UK I don't think you have many options‌ to avoid paying UK tax but maybe I am wrong

Maybe UK LLP. But everything depends on much more factors.. before knowing all your situation there is no advice possible..

If you are linked to a Paypal account it will be very difficult... Maybe with‌ a HK setup, but Paypal will expect your bank account in the same country as‍ your country of incorporation, so be careful when creating your setup
