E33G Visa – Do I Qualify?

Hello,

I'm applying for the E33G remote worker visa and had 3 quick questions:

1. I work on Upwork , how can I prove that for the "employment contract or foreign company engagement" requirement?
   
2. I don’t have a fixed salary but have ~$20k in my account. Is that enough for the "$60k annual income" requirement?
   
3. Can an agent(agency) handle the local simponi payment for me to pay for the visa fee?

You don't qualify .
But some agencies can use fake documents for you .
You need a remote worker visa if you are freelancing from Indonesia.
Otherwise, you could be‌ deported(unlikely unless you cause problems or get reported).
You can't work remotely on a tourist‍ visa.
